The Faculty of Management Sciences Organized the Event to Extract the Lesson Learned from the Strategic Project of Rajabhat University for Loval Development, Fiscal Year 2023 – “FMS Start Up’ Day 66”.
On August 23, 2023, the Faculty of Management Sciences organized the event to extract the lesson learned from the strategic project of Rajabhat University for local development, fiscal year 2023 – “FMS Start Up’ Day 66”. “FMS Start Up’ Day 66” is an activity under the plan to sustainably elevate and develop community entrepreneurs based on community resources. The event was honored to have Asst. Prof. Dr. kotchanipha Udomthawee, Vice-President for Local Development Strategies of Surindra Rajabhat University, to preside over the grand opening ceremony.
At the event, a variety of activities were carried out including the competition on “Business Plan Presentation for Start-Ups using the BMC Model” among representatives from 3 schools: Weerawatyothin School in Mueang District, Chomphraprachasan School in Chomphra District, and Sinnarin Wittaya School in Khwao SinnarinDistrict. Representatives from all three schools had participated in the training programs including: “Young Smart to Start-Up: New Generation Entrepreneurs’ Path to Career Development in the Digital Age”, “Business Matching Activity” aimed to establish a community business network by connecting entrepreneurs with the local community as guidelines to foster networking between entrepreneurs from both public and private sectors, and a seminar on the topic of “FMS and the Development of Community Entrepreneurs” led by the program chairmen or representatives of the programs who had engaged in fieldwork as part of the curriculum integration of each program. In addition, a seminar on the topic related to a community tourism in Surin Province led by community representatives and tourists was also held by focusing on perspectives on agro-tourism management. ]]>The ability to utilize skills and knowledge in planning, critical thinking, analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving with mindfulness is a key aspect of this project aiming to help students to develop themselves and offer assistance to others. Furthermore, the project aims to foster and cultivate students’ ethical and moral values, and striving to shape them into a good role model according to desirable graduate characteristics. To fulfill this, the project had been honored by the presence of Dr. Nutthapong Larbboonsarp as a guest speaker to share knowledge on the topic “Working Skills for Global Citizens in the 21st Century” to all students from the Faculty of Management Sciences participating in the project.

Prof. Dr. Jirayu Sapsin, Vice-President for Education Quality Enhancement Strategies, presided over the meeting to discuss additional details concerning the specific details related to the records and provisions about the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) among the administrative executives of Vanda Institute, Kingdom of Cambodia and the Bachelor of Accountancy Program, Faculty of Management Science, Surindra Rajabhat University. The meeting was attended by the administrative executives of Surindra Rajabhat University, the Director of the Academic Promotion, and faculty members from the Bachelor of Accountancy Program. The event was held at the Conference Room 44303, Building 44, Surindra Rajabhat University. On this occasion, the executive team from Vanda Institute, Kingdom of Cambodia, had the opportunity to observe the teaching and learning activities of the Bachelor of Accountancy Program at the Faculty of Management Science, Surindra Rajabhat University as well.
